Track day

Put your driving skills and the performance of your Renault Sport model to the test. Drive your own car round the Val de Vienne race track and profit from the presence of the circuit's own staff.

Programme
08.30 – 09.00: Participants welcomed, formalities
09.00 – 09.30: Circuit staff introduced, briefing (dos and don'ts, safety rules)
09.30 – 12.30: Three 15-minute track runs (27 cars maximum per group)
12.30 – 13.30: Lunch
13.30 – 17.00: Three 20-minute track runs (27 cars maximum per group)
17.00 – 18.00: Debriefing, cocktail, programme ends

Six 15-minute track runs per car (if the number of registered participants permits, additional sessions may be organised)

Maximum number of participants
80 cars and a maximum of 3 participants per registered car (one registered driver, plus 2 additional driving or non-driving participants)

Eligible cars
Priority models: Clio Renault Sport 2.0 16V, Sport Clio V6, Mégane Renault Sport. Other Renault models may be accepted as a function of available places

Registration
Registration forms complete with cheque for the corresponding fee to be returned before September 12th 2005.

For access to the track
Valid driving licence (non-French licence holders contact organisers)
Crash helmet mandatory (driver and passenger)
Acceptance of circuit and programme rules and regulations. Responsibility waiver to be signed prior to access to the track.

Price
€135 per participant and his/her car (inclusive of lunch),
€85 per additional driving participant (inclusive of lunch),
€35 per additional non-driving participant (inclusive of lunch).

Deposit
A deposit of €1,000 is payable by each driver prior to access to the track.

Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to cancel the programme should insufficient participants register. Registered participants will be informed at the latest by September 23rd 2005 and their cheque returned.
